A. We ship from our home location in Fluvanna County, Virginia. We personally fulfill every order every single day! :)

A. 99% of the time it will take 1-3 business days for all orders to arrive. During the holidays is when there is a risk for a 4-5 day arrival.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. You will receive your tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, shipping is Free when your cart total exceeds $30, which is the equivalent of two (2) Travel Pup Dog Water Bottles.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. If you would every like to be removed from our email list, just send us an email to support@travelpupshop.com and we will have you removed.
